Dao was born in Laos in Southeast Asia and moved to the United States with her family in 1980. She grew up cutting her siblings' hair and in 1997 she earned her cosmetology degree from Lorenzo Walker Technical College in Naples. She specializes in men's, women's and children's haircuts, color, highlights, balayage, updo's, hair extensions, blowouts, and perms. Dao takes her time to consult with her clients about their lifestyle and tailors the perfect beauty concept to meet their expectations and educates them on proper ongoing care.
