do i need to make an appointment?
-Appointments are very much appreciated in order to avoid wait times. However, walk-ins are always welcomed! Some special promotions that we offer may require you to book an appointment ahead of time!
What brands of color do you use?
We primarily use Matrix, JKS, and Calura. However, we can special order color from other brands for you if it's required by your personal color formula. Please book ahead of time so we have time to order and receive the product.
Do you accept tips on credit cards?
-No, we currently do not accept tips on our credit card machine. Tips can be in cash or check made out to the stylists name.
What if I can't come in during normal business hours?
-No worries! Some days we offer to book appointments beyond normal business hours. This can vary week by week depending upon the availability of your stylists. Please call us at (239) 435-3500 and we can work with you to get you pampered!
What if my hair isn't exactly what i want when i Leave?
No worries! We always want our clients to leave happy, therefore you have 7 days after your appointment to come in and have it fixed or changed free of charge (as long as it's the exact same service as the initial appointment). Any other services will be an additional charge.
What is your return policy on products purchased?
You have 30 days to return any item purchased that's not a service. You can receive your money back if you have a receipt. If you do not, salon credit will be issued on a gift card!
